About Course

A knowledge refresher for people who have already completed relevant Fire Marshal training, working in construction or utilities, including suppliers and contractors.

Watch or read: all 17 lessons include a narrated video with English captions and a reading version. The videos use the same British voice throughout and provide around 30 minutes of learning, alongside scenarios, reflection and practice checks.

01 · Your role and the legal framework

Four lessons on responsibilities, construction arrangements and APAR.

02 · Site risks, escape and evacuation

Five lessons on changing risks, escape routes, emergency actions and a site scenario.

03 · Fire theory and extinguishers

Four lessons on the fire triangle, equipment labels, limitations and safe decisions.

04 · Weekly inspections and recap

Four lessons on planning checks, recording concerns, follow-up and applying APAR.

Each part ends with a six-question practice check, with explanations and retries: 24 practice questions in total.

This prototype refresher supports previous training and site-specific instructions. Practical skills training, full-course assessment and certification are separate. Completion arrangements remain in development.
